Our spirits

Distillerie des Marigots’ master distiller finds his inspiration for the design of his spirits in the Gaspesian countryside and takes care to bring out the exceptional quality of the ingredients that exist there. His approach is to bring to the forefront the aromas and fragrances available in his environment and Gaspesian agricultural know-how. He then lets the seaside atmosphere influence the crafting of his products, prepared in small batches.

When you purchase a product from our distillery, you hold in your hands a sampling of the Gaspé; a high-quality spirit, with a hint of the exotic and overflowing with authenticity. Its flavour is reminiscent of the warmth, richness and purity of a trip to the peninsula.
