We showcase crops sourced from local producers with Charme, our series of fruit gin liqueurs. We explore the potential of a raw material – our gin – combined with the rich flavours of local produce. It’s another way for us to bottle the bounty of the Gaspé, and the abundance of the summer season. The liqueurs in the Charme series are available only at the Distillery.
