1 oz Récif gin
1 oz Amermelade
1 oz Val Caudalies dry white vermouth
Place ice cubes in a cocktail glass. Using a spoon, mix the three alcohols on ice for about 20 seconds.
Pour the liquid only into an old-fashioned glass filled with ice cubes.
Remove the zest with a peeler (see photo), squeeze it to bring out the essential oils and rub it on the rim of the glass. Then insert it into the ice cubes for decoration.
