A true explosion of strawberry, enhanced by the complexity of our Récif gin, Charme de fraise is a gin liqueur with a beautiful red hue and just the right amount of sweetness.
The coniferous and herbal notes of Récif help structure the fruit’s flavor and elevate the tasting experience. With a tropical nose, almost reminiscent of pineapple, and a finish of strawberry candy and pink cotton candy, Charme de fraise is a spirit so delicious that it brings to mind the small field strawberry.

Bottling the Gaspesian summer
Like all the spirits in the Charme series, Charme de fraise is made exclusively from local, seasonal ingredients: strawberries, honey, and gin.
We process the renowned strawberries from Baie-des-Chaleurs in two ways: first, we distill the strawberry wine pomace produced by Ferme Bourdages Tradition, and then we blend this alcohol with a maceration of strawberries in our Récif gin. Gaspesian honey from producers in Baie-des-Chaleurs completes the flavor profile. The result is a rich strawberry gin liqueur with a smooth sweetness that evokes the joy of a Gaspesian summer.
