Mugwort is highly aromatic, with a slightly spicy, sweet, and bitter flavor, while lemon balm is known for its lemony scent and fresh flavor. Combining them in this syrup creates a concoction with notes of tea, bergamot, and gingerbread. A herbaceous and floral syrup, perfect as a replacement for simple syrup, to bring additional aromatic complexity.
